Team rating charted as a price
The "price" is trailing run differential per game. A single
result is one tick of enormous noise; the rolling rating is what actually
behaves like a price — it drifts, trends and mean-reverts.
The band is ±2 standard deviations. Band width is the part worth trading. Books price a team's average carefully and its variance loosely, and variance is what helps underdogs and overs. A wide-banded team is worth more as a dog than its mean suggests.
Player view answers a different question. A prop settles on a distribution, not an average — so those charts lead with how often a line has actually been cleared, season and last ten side by side.
Sources are official only. MLB from the league's own Stats API; NBA and NFL from ESPN's documented endpoints. Nothing here is scraped.

Informational only. Primo accepts no wagers. Momentum in sports is far weaker than the market analogy implies, and most streaks shown here are consistent with chance — the readings say so where that is the case. 21+. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.
